Train to broker commercial funding.

An application-gated program in sourcing and placing business and real-estate funding — how a deal is originated, how it is underwritten, and how the broker is paid. Every application is read by a person before anyone is admitted.

Commercial towers at blue hour, floor after floor of them still lit.

The funding is executed by an operating capital firm, not by a list of lenders.

The programs sitting next to this one sell a curriculum and a directory, after which the lender relationships are still yours to build from nothing. Here the execution layer already exists and is already operating: you source the deal and own the client, and the capital side is handled by people who fund deals for a living.

What you are trained to do.

The curriculum is being filmed for the founding cohort. What follows is the shape of the training and the order it is taught in — not a published module list, which does not exist yet.

Source the deal

Find the businesses and property owners who need capital, qualify them before anyone underwrites them, and learn early which files are worth your time and which are not.

Structure the file

Read a submission the way a credit desk reads it — the documents, the terms, the figures that decide it, and the failure modes that kill a deal late rather than early.

Keep the client

Operate under your own brokerage brand. The relationship you originate is yours to keep, and so is the name it sits under.

Applications are read individually.

The founding rate is $1,000, paid once, and it is collected only after a place is offered.
